Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations require all players to be at least 21 years old. Verified during KYC.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and USDT accepted.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the k77 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and k77. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms apply to all services provided by k77, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and any other gaming or non-gaming service accessible through the Platform.
2.4 Acceptance is ongoing. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or engage in Real Money Play on k77. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9287 (An Act Increasing the Penalties for Illegal Numbers Games). k77 strictly enforces this requirement.
3.2 Age Verification. k77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of account registration or operation. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in Account suspension and return of unplayed deposits. Winnings accumulated by an underage Player are not eligible for withdrawal.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The k77 Platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or play. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Platform from your jurisdiction.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the k77 Platform:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the k77 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number, is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. k77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify k77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. k77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Sharing. Sharing your Account credentials with any third party is prohibited. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. k77 reserves the right to suspend any Account where sharing is suspected.
4.5 Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. k77 will attempt to contact the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy-related fee. Dormancy administration fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of notification.
5.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal request, k77 requires each Player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This requirement is imposed by the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's regulatory guidelines.
5.2 Accepted Documents. The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC:
5.3 Submission Process. KYC submission requires: (a) a clear photograph of the front and back of your ID; (b) a selfie holding the same ID next to your face; and (c) where applicable, a screenshot confirming ownership of the e-wallet used for deposits.
5.4 Verification Timeline. KYC review is typically completed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during standard operating hours. Complex cases may require up to two (2) business days.
5.5 Enhanced Due Diligence. For players whose cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed AMLA threshold amounts, k77 may require additional documentation including source of funds declarations. Refusal to cooperate with enhanced due diligence may result in Account restriction.

6.2 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. k77 prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Deposits received from third-party accounts may be returned and the originating Account suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Currency. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt. k77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
6.4 Failed Deposits. If a payment is deducted from your source account but does not appear in your k77 balance within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the same deposit before confirming with support.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Player may request a withdrawal only after: (a) completing KYC verification; (b) satisfying all applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) maintaining the Account in good standing without any active compliance holds.
7.2 Withdrawal Processing. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Processing times may be extended for enhanced due diligence reviews or during high-volume periods.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers.
7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. k77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing.
7.5 Large Win Instalments. Winnings exceeding ₱1,000,000 from a single session or game round may, at k77's discretion, be paid in instalments over consecutive business days. This practice is standard among PAGCOR-regulated operators and is subject to the Player's full entitlement to the total amount.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by k77 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the corresponding promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount.
8.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion: (a) JILI and most slot games contribute 100%; (b) live casino games contribute at a reduced rate; (c) sports betting contributions vary by bet type. Full contribution details are displayed in each active bonus in your Account dashboard.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. k77 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and closure of Account:
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or un-activated bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Bonus Wallet without compensation. Active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire within fourteen (14) days of activation unless stated otherwise.
8.6 Withdrawal Before Clearance. If you request a withdrawal while holding an active bonus with uncompleted wagering requirements, k77 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance before processing the withdrawal. The cash balance remains withdrawable at any time.
9.1 Game Results. All RNG-based game results on k77 are determined by certified random number generation software. Live casino game results are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in certified studios. k77 does not alter, manipulate, or override game outcomes under any circumstances.
9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, k77's server records constitute the authoritative record of the game state. Where a malfunction prevents a result from being recorded, the bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned. k77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the Player's side.
9.3 Void Bets. k77 reserves the right to void a bet or game round in cases of: (a) technical error; (b) data feed failure in sports betting; (c) evidence of collusion or manipulation; (d) circumstances that would have been prevented from occurring under normal operating conditions.
9.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules stated within each market. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, k77 will apply the rules standard to the specific sport and competition. Pre-match odds apply until the designated kick-off or start time. In-play odds are live and may change at any moment.
9.5 Maximum Win Limits. k77 may impose per-session or per-game maximum win caps on certain games or promotions. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed within the specific game or promotion terms. Wins in excess of any stated cap will be paid to the stated maximum and any residual amount forfeited.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k77 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to Philippine authorities where applicable:
11.1 Entertainment Purpose. All gaming activity on k77 is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income, pay debts, or address financial difficulties. k77 does not guarantee any return on wagering activity.
11.2 Player Protection Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from the Account settings panel and can be activated immediately:

11.4 Minor Protection. It is the responsibility of every registered Player to ensure that minors do not access their Account or use their device to access the Platform. k77 recommends enabling device-level parental controls where minors are present in the household.

12.1 All content on the k77 Platform — including but not limited to the k77 name, logo, domain name, game titles, graphics, user interface elements, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of k77 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or sub-licensing any content from the Platform; scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract any Platform data; framing, mirroring, or incorporating the Platform or any part thereof into any other website or application without k77's prior written consent.
12.3 Third-party game content displayed on k77 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others). k77 uses such content under valid licence agreements with each provider.
13.1 Platform Availability. k77 strives to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may affect availability. k77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
13.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k77 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause.
13.3 Total Liability Cap. Where k77's liability cannot be fully excluded, k77's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Internet Connectivity. k77 is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, delays, or other problems arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, including network degradation during live casino sessions or sports betting events.
13.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform may utilise third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data suppliers. k77 is not liable for the actions, errors, or unavailability of any third-party service beyond its direct control.
14.1 k77 processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the corresponding regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
14.2 By registering and using the Platform, you consent to k77 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the k77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14.3 k77 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with: (a) regulated payment processors for transaction processing; (b) identity verification providers for KYC purposes; (c) game providers to the extent required for game delivery; and (d) regulatory authorities as required by law.
14.4 All data transmitted between your device and the k77 Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data including payment details is never stored in plain text.
15.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting k77 support via live chat. Any verified cash balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances with uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
15.2 k77-Initiated Suspension. k77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, breach of any provision of these Terms, or receipt of a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
15.3 k77-Initiated Closure. k77 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and withhold the balance pending investigation where fraud, identity misrepresentation, or criminal activity is confirmed or reasonably suspected. k77 will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement in such cases.
15.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure by either party: the licence granted under Section 12.2 is immediately revoked; all active bonuses are forfeited; verified cash balances are processed for withdrawal (unless subject to a hold); and all obligations under these Terms that by nature survive termination continue in full force.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and k77, you should first contact k77 support to seek an informal resolution. k77 will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
16.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing k77's operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is independent of k77 and is available to all players of PAGCOR-regulated gaming operators.
16.4 Jurisdiction. For any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.1 k77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via: (a) a notification displayed upon login; (b) an SMS to the registered mobile number; or (c) a notice posted in the Platform's news or announcements section — at k77's discretion.
17.2 The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page at k77.biz/terms-conditions.
17.4 Where k77 is required to amend these Terms due to a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority, such amendments take effect immediately upon publication, regardless of notice period.
